There are many kinds of diets nowadays; one of them is a potato diet that allows you to lose over 3 kilos a week.
For breakfast: coffee or tea with milk
For lunch: yogurt that may include different kinds of fruit
For dinner: Potatoes, no matter if it is fried or boiled and there is also possible to eat with mushroom, boiled chicken and salads. Potato will be healthy only with these products.
